At Tista’s Curation, we take pride in curating authentic handcrafted sarees and suit materials directly from weavers and artisans across India. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the terms outlined below.
1. Return / Exchange Policy
Request Window:
A return or exchange must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.How to Initiate a Return / Exchange:
All requests must be initiated through our website using the “Return/Exchange” option available in the Order History section of your account.Opening Video Requirement:
To process a return or exchange, you must upload or share a clear opening/unboxing video of the parcel from start to finish, without cuts or edits.Product Condition:
Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched (for suit materials), and returned with the original packaging, labels, and tags intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible.2. Eligible Reasons for Return / Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if you receive a damaged or defective product or if you receive the wrong product (different design, color, or size than ordered).
Please note that minor variations in color, weave, or texture are natural to handloom and artisanal products and are not considered defects.
3. Return / Exchange Process
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders > Request Return/Exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- Upload the required details, including the reason for return/exchange and the opening video.
- Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared via your registered email or phone number.
- The product must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
- After inspection, a refund will be initiated or a replacement will be dispatched, as applicable.
4. Shipping & Costs
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, return shipping charges will be borne by Tista’s Curation. If the exchange is requested due to personal preferences (such as design or size choice), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
5. Final Decision
Tista’s Curation reserves the right to approve or deny any return or exchange request based on product condition, timelines, and compliance with this policy.
