At Tista’s Curation, we take pride in curating authentic handcrafted sarees and suit materials directly from weavers and artisans across India. Every product is checked carefully before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the terms outlined below.

1.⁠ ⁠Return/Exchange Policy


Return/Exchange Request Window: A return/exchange must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


How to Initiate Return/Exchange: All exchange requests must be initiated through our website using the “Return/Exchange” option available in your order history section.


Opening Video Requirement: To process an exchange, you must upload or share a clear opening/unboxing video of the parcel from start to finish, without cuts or edits.


Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched (for suit materials), and returned with original packaging, labels, and tags intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange


You may request an exchange if:


You receive a damaged or defective product.


You receive the wrong product (different design, color, or size than ordered).



Please note: Minor variations in color, weave, or texture are natural to handloom and artisanal products. These are not considered defects.

3.⁠ ⁠Return/Exchange Process


1.⁠ ⁠Log in to your account and go to My Orders > Request Exchange/Return within 3 days of delivery.



2.⁠ ⁠Upload the required details (reason + opening video).



3.⁠ ⁠Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions on your registered email/phone.



4.⁠ ⁠The product must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.



5.⁠ ⁠After inspection, a refund will be initiated or a replacement will be dispatched.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Costs


If you received a wrong/damaged product, we will bear the return shipping charges.


If you are requesting an exchange for personal reasons (e.g., design/size preference), the customer will bear return shipping charges.

Tista’s Curation reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests based on product condition, timelines, and compliance with this policy.
